Happy with the product, dissatisfied with the service. The delivery drivers refused to remove my box spring, and refused to put my box spring and mattress on the bed, even though I clearly requested for this to be done, both upon purchasing the box spring and during the delivery. I was extremely disappointed by this, and had to do all of the heavy lifting myself.

LOVE the platform I got, super sturdy and worth its price. Appreciated the free delivery and that the delivery guys set it up, they were very friendly. However it didn't seem like they had actually ever moved furniture before, they dragged it on the ground down my stairs instead of lifting it properly, banging around alot and left a bunch of scratches and dents on my wall. Clearly staff need more training before moving such heavy, large furniture. Fortunately the platform was able to withstand being banged around.

Informative website which permitted me to make an educated decision based on provided info. My items arrived promptly and were exactly as I anticipated them to be. My only complaint was that you employed Canada Post to deliver my parcels. According to their tracker, my items were supposed to be delivered on a Thursday however, I found them on my doorstep (a short walk from the sidewalk-easy pickings for "porch pirates") on Wednesday afternoon. I had been home all day and did not even get a knock on the door or e-mail confirming delivery when they arrived..poor service. Other than that, I'm pleased with my purchases and will utilize your website again if I need any other of your products.

I purchased the Bamboo sheets at a cost of $249, due to the claim that they were the softest, and coolest sheets available. I tried them one night, and they were super hot, and uncomfortable. I reached out to Sleep Country to see if there was a return available, or any guarantee, and I have not even gotten a token response.
Follow up on review--- after posting this Sleep Country responded below, and I did contact them at that email, that was over a week ago, and I have heard nothing back, not even a read receipt. I have purchased my last 2 beds with this company, I will no longer be dealing with them, as shame, as I like to support Canadian......waste of money.

Everything about the Sleep Country experience was excellent from start to finish. The customer service rep was super helpful in her recommendations and was a pleasure to deal with. The delivery went super smoothly -- the promised call about the delivery window came between 8 and 9 a.m. and the delivery was made in the promised window. While other companies were unwilling to actually come inside to place and set up, Sleep Country did both. There was nothing to remove, but they would have done that as well.

We are so so pleased with our entire experience with Sleep Country! My partner and I made the mistake of stepping foot in The Brick to purchase items for our new home and were thoroughly disappointed with our bed and mattress. I contacted a Sleep Country representative in an online chat (Jean Michel) to inquire about mattresses and pick their brain about similar mattresses and ones they’d suggest. Jean Michel was kind, honest, patient, helpful and informative about what we needed in a bed in order for the mattress warranty to hold up. We discussed bed options, they offered their advice when I asked and still maintained absolute professionalism. With my partner researching mattresses, I then asked about the “Bloom Cloud” and was informed by Jean Michel that it was a very popular mattress. We were sold! We’d chosen a bed, mattress and even pillows. We were given a delivery date and were told we’d receive a call that morning pertaining to time of delivery. *Free delivery & bed assembly* Delivery guys were polite, efficient and had total respect for our new home! They’d assembled our bed, put our mattress on it, gave us our pillows and were off in half an hour! Our experience with Sleep Country was pleasantly positive and our only regret was not going to them in the first place! Our “Ryan Bed” is strong, sturdy, well built / put together, our “Bloom Cloud” mattress is the right amount of hard and soft and our “Ploom” pillows are comfortable and supportive! Thank you Sleep Country - you’ll definitely be hearing from us again in the future!

Ordered a mattress over the phone and the woman that helped me was just greaté the mattress was for my brother 2600 kms away . It was delivered and set up as promised. excellent job sleep country.

We wanted a firm mattress for our guest room. We were concerned about chemical smells and it being too soft. But the mattress arrived on schedule, no damage during shipping, no chemical smell at all, and is as firm as we needed. Great experience.

The delivery was absolutely horrible however..the delivery guys were rude, snd did not want to set it up for me
Im 75 and in a wheelchair and they had no consideration for helping me..they finally helped but with really nasty attitude
I did phone Sleep country about the experience and they were going to check out situation and get back to me ,but I never heard back

The mattress was an excellent value, delivery was on time, the drivers placed the mattress on the bed and took away the old one. We have used the mattress for two weeks now and have absolutely no complains.

These sheets are not great quality. They fit tight and don’t fit my mattress.
I tried to return them and Sleep Country doesn’t accept returns once the package is opened.
I’m very disappointed.

The only issue I had was that I placed my order online and after I didn’t get an email notification I contacted them to see if they got my order. I explained the bill was charged against my credit card. It took a few days before the said it was a computer glitch in their system. The delivery service was delayed by 2 days, but the two men that delivered the mattress were fantastic! The were careful and friendly. Took away my other mattress no problem.
